What You Need To Know
What do I need to prepare before making the sample?
You’ll need to provide the tech pack for your design. It can be in any format (even a simple spreadsheet), as long as it includes essential information like design,mock-up,sizing, fabric, and print techniques.
If you don’t have a tech pack, please click here to see our Tech Pack Guidance Service.
Do you have samples in stock?
Of course, we have ready-made model and stock for customers to select and use. Click big-brand pattern to learn more
If I receive my sample, what is the charge if I want to change the design?
If there is no mistake in the sample we made, but you want to modify the design and re-make the sample. Normally, we charge you again according to the normal sample. Of course, we suggest that if the design difference is not significant, we can make a new pre-production sample and confirm with you before the bulk production . This saves a lot of time and money.
How long does it take to sample shipping?
At WEIMI, we default to using Fedex for shipping samples, which takes just3-7 days.

Tech Pack Development
After receiving the sample fee, the salesman will confirm all the details with you according to your technical package.
At the same time, all our teams will work together to produce your sample as quickly as possible.
Creation of Samples
Sample production generally involves the following steps: fabric sourcing, pattern making, cutting, printing, sewing, and washing (if required).
The exact sample production time varies based on the complexity of the product. Typically, choosing our pre-made patterns from the library can shorten the sample production timeline, but if your design includes washing techniques, the sample process will likely take longer.
QC of Samples
After your samples are made, our product development team will check the samples for consistency and to ensure they are good to go.
Then, we will proceed with ironing and packaging.
Transportation
Before shipping, we will take photos of the samples for your confirmation.
For sample shipping, we default to using Fedex to ensure timely and safe delivery.
