Why we need tech pack？
A tech pack is the blueprint for your design. It tells the factory exactly how to bring your idea to life, including all the details like mock-up,materials, sizes, seams, colors, measurements, trims, and labels. Everything the supplier needs is in the tech pack to make your design a reality.
If I use your model, do I need to prepare a technical package？
If you choose our big-brand model, you do not have to provide the tech pack. But you need to provide a HD logo and we can make a mock-up for you.
What do I need to prepare before making the sample？
You’ll need to provide the tech pack for your design. It can be in any format (even a simple spreadsheet), as long as it includes essential information like design,mock-up，sizing, fabric, and print techniques.

Do you have samples in stock?
Of course, we have ready-made model and stock for customers to select and use. Click big-brand pattern to learn more
If I receive my sample, what is the charge if I want to change the design?
If there is no mistake in the sample we made, but you want to modify the design and re-make the sample. Normally, we charge you again according to the normal sample. Of course, we suggest that if the design difference is not significant, we can make a new pre-production sample and confirm with you before the bulk production . This saves a lot of time and money.
What do I need to prepare before bulk production?
Before starting bulk production, it’s important to prepare a sample garment. However, if you want to save time, we can proceed directly with bulk production by creating a pre-production sample for your approval.
How long does bulk production usually take?
At WEIMI, orders under 500 pieces can be completed and shipped within 1 week.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces, and for denim collections, it’s 100 pieces. However, we also offer one-piece customization services.

If you have specific accessory or packaging customization needs, you can procure them yourself and send them to us. We will take care of the packaging process for you.

Can you help me design the clothing?

Are you willing to take on low MOQ orders for small brands?
Weimi Garment is a clothing manufacturer dedicated to serving streetwear brands at all stages of growth. To support start-up brands, we’ve launched a one-piece customization service to help reduce their initial pressure and risks.
Is one-piece customization limited to digital direct-to-garment (DTG) printing?
No, we also offer other technique options. However, for new brands, we highly recommend our kornit digital DTG printing. First, it’s powered by the world’s leading printing technology. Second, DTG printing doesn’t require plate-making fees, making it more cost-effective and time-efficient.
How long does it take to produce a custom piece?
The production time for a custom piece is similar to that of a sample—usually, it can be shipped within a week.

How is the shipping cost calculated?
For sample garments, we offer free shipping. For bulk orders, the shipping cost is calculated based on weight and volume, with possible fluctuations depending on the season and holidays.
What shipping methods are available for bulk orders?
We offer various shipping options for bulk orders, including sea, air freight, and cargo transportation. Customers can choose the method that best aligns with their brand plans.
If I receive a sample and I'm not satisfied, can I get a refund?
If the issue is truly our fault and the final product differs significantly from the design, we’ll agree to a refund. However, for minor discrepancies, we encourage working together to make adjustments—after all, clothing isn’t a static artwork.
