Refund policy

Dear customer, Returned items must be completed,unused,unwashed with original tags and packaging, We cannot accept your return request under the conditions as follows:

1) No Refund: Worn, Perfumed, Altered ,Damaged or Without the Original Brand&Labels.Clothes smell of perfume!! Influence secondary sales,There will be no refund

2) Customized item / Custom made design /Made to your Specification is not supported to return.

3) As for defective, damaged, or wrongfully shipped, please take images of the original package. This will help us
fast-track the processing of your return, partial refund, or full refund.

4) Unlike wrong size, fit issue is usually not caused by the seller. But to offer better service, we will cover a partial alteration cost at a local tailor shop (no
more than 20% of the product purchased price).

5). It is buyers' responsibility to pay the shipping fees to ship it back.

*The following is not a quality issue: ① the size does not fit; ② the dress has loose yarn residue, has small skipped stitches in small areas, these are normal categories.


When returning or exchanging items, $15 per item will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

If you do not sign for receipt at the customs,30% of the fee will deducted.

Please send by Post and mark a lower value about $20 to avoid high customs tax. And please provide us the return tracking number after return it .After we receive the dress we will full refund you directly.We would advise you keep it due to return it back will cost you very expensive shipping cost and long time .
